If you receive an item that is unsuitable and it meets the following return requirements please follow the below easy steps for a swift and streamlined return for exchange or store credit or refund.
*Please note there is no Return sale items, jewellery, hats, bags and accessories. If we have an % off promotion on full priced product then we will consider.
– all tags/labels attached and intact
– unworn/unwashed – with original packaging
– not on sale (sales items are non-exchangeable)
– within 7 days of purchase
– please note original postage is not credited and is recharged for replacement item/s.
Our online policy covers incorrect item or size and any faulty items but rest assure we will check everything thoroughly before it is sent so it arrives in perfect condition to you.
Please check or care and washing instruction on garment.
Please note items that have been damaged by wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If an item is considered damaged or faulty, we will contact the supplier and it will be at their discretion to approve this return. They will then notify us whether the item will be repaired or replaced.
EASY STEPS FOR RETURN
Please email email@example.com for a return authorisation number within 7 days of the receipt of goods including your name, order number, the item/s style brand description and the reason you wish to return. The item/s must then be promptly returned within 5 working days of Return Authorisation being issued. We encourage that you register your return mail and keep a receipt as we do not take responsibility for goods not received. If possible please email your return post tracking number.
